Noma is a 28-seat restaurant in Copenhagen's Christianshavn neighborhood. Since 2019, we've built our menus around the rhythm of the Nordic calendar — ocean season, vegetable season, game and forest season. Every dish is a snapshot of a specific moment in a specific place.
